This is a recipe for bolognese sauce, which you can do many things with.
This recipe is for many portions, depending on what you use it for. You can put it into the fridge or freezer and eat it for many days.
Optional:
1: Cut all the vegetables into little pieces and add to the pot with meat and oil.
2: Turn the stove to high heat and stir until all the meat has gained colour and is broken up into little chunks.
3: Then add the tomato sauce, stock cubes, and any herbs you might want to add. Let it cook on low heat for at least half an hour.
Add salt as you feel is needed by taste.
Use this for any meals you want. It can be used on pasta, lasagna, or even eaten on its own if you want. The sauce should be orangeish.
